For the past three years V&B Farm has been providing our Ocean Reef Club Restaurants and Chefs with outstanding locally grown fresh produce. The quality of vegetables, lettuces, herbs, fruits, roots they grow is consistently superior than what other large produce companies offer, they plant, grow, pick & package their own, it doesn?t get fresher than that. The nutritional advantages of getting locally grown right off our own ?backyard? are enormous, obviously locally grown produce ripeness & shelf life don?t suffer from being gassed & transported from other states or countries . I find Brandon Boyd & Tommy Vick from V&B farm to be extremely proud and knowledgeable about their product, far more so than dealing with a detached middleman or sales person.
